Return and Exchange Policy:

Introduction:

We guarantee the right of exchange and return for all our customers. This applies to all products displayed in our store.

 All products displayed in our store are eligible for exchange and return according to the terms and conditions stated on this page: 

- Returns are accepted if the product is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with its original packaging.

- Exchange and return requests are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Exchange and Return Procedures:

- Please contact us through the “Contact Us” page or by phone to request a return or exchange.

- A photo of the product must be sent, along with the city, address, and order number, so it can be exchanged for another product if the item is defective or does not work as agreed.

- If the product you received is completely different from the description shown on the product page on our website, the full amount will be refunded.

- If the product has no defect and there is no reported issue, 30% of the paid amount will be deducted, or a minimum amount of 25 Saudi Riyals.
